If both the versions of MS-Entourage 2008 and 2004 have been installed, then the tool will first choose the database of Entourage 2008 for repair by default. To repair the database of MS-Entourage 2004, you have to make use of the "Browse" option to select the database of Entourage 2004 from its installed location.

• After the execution of all these steps, Entourage starts importing the recovered data, then click ‘Done’ after the completion of import process.
• Left pane of Microsoft - Entourage will contain Main Identity.rge file.
• You can find the recovered items in the left pane of that folder.

If I have two versions of MS-Entourage installed on my computer, can I use Entourage database file of both the versions at a same time?

 

No, it is not possible. Only a single Entourage database file can be accessed at a time. In order to work with the other file, it is required to first save the previously opened file. This is because; opening a new database will lead to closing of the previously opened database.
