Q. How much will it cost?
A. Each disk crash is different; no estimate of costs and/or time is possible before examining the drive and completing an assessment. Only after determining the nature of corruption and amount & type of technical expertise can exact costs be determined. Cost of data recovery process can sometimes be considerably high. However, without explicit customer approval, job will not be started and no charges would be levied. Prices are not negotiable.

Q. How much time would it take?
A. Once we receive your hard disk, analysis starts immediately. Analysis is over within 2 hours in most of the cases. However, some cases might take even a day. Data recovery exercise sometimes can become quite time consuming. You are informed immediately after the assessment is over with complete details. Without analysis, time involved is very difficult to predict.

Q. I have a 2.1GB hard disk drive, how much will it cost me?
A. Data recovery cost depends upon how much work & technical expertise is required to complete the job and not on the capacity of the hard disk

Q. My data is very confidential?
A. Data confidentiality remains an inherent part of the data recovery exercise. No external agency would have access to your data. You can be assured about this.

Q. What if I lose the recovered data again?
A. We maintain one week back-ups of your data. It is recommended that you should take backup immediately after getting the data on a CD-ROM, CTD, DAT, Disks. In case you face the same data loss within a week's time, you can collect the same data from us.

Q. Would data integrity be maintained?
A. We ensure about this aspect too. You get an opportunity to verify the data before giving an acceptance.

Q. Can I get my data tomorrow morning?
A. Every job is completed within a time schedule. However, we do offer priority service, round-the-clock service and weekend service.
