Data Recovery Process is a strict documented process as per ISO 9001:2008 norms to ensure confidentiality, consistency & transparency each and every time. We sign a NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT with our customers.

Data Recovery Process

When we receive the media for data recovery service, we assign a unique job reference id to help customers get details of their case easily and for all future correspondence.

Analysis of the Media in our Data Recovery Labs :

Once the media reaches our data recovery service lab along with necessary details , our data recovery specialists analyze the nature and amount of corruption/damage and work out the best suited data recovery process.

After Analysis, we submit the following details :

• An estimate of the percentage of data recovery possible,
• Time period involved in the data recovery process, and
• The estimated cost for the data recovery job.

The Analysis report along with the quotation is sent across to you through- email/telephone/fax.

Recovery of your data from the media:

Based on the analysis report provided by our data recovery specialists, you have to send your consent for the data recovery service by e-mail. Once we receive your written consent on our proposal, our data recovery specialists start the recovery process and ensure that the recovery of data is done as stated.

Handing over the data to you:

Once the Data recovery process is complete, we send you the Directory Listing in a text file through E-mail. Alternatively you may also verify your Data from the Stellar Lab and send your written acceptance by E-mail/Fax.

The Data is delivered on a Free DVD* or on hard disk supplied by you.* One DVD Free, Rest chargeable
