ZEN is a very user-friendly tool which gives you real time status of your job from it's submission to data delivery. The unique login details and password ensures transparency (of process), privacy (of your information) and confidentiality (of your data)

Step 2: Pick up of data carrier, Technical Analysis and non binding offer.

Pick-up of Data Carrier: Once you submit the job and request for pick up of your data carrier, we arrange it with a special courier service. If job is submitted before 12:00 PM, data carrier will be picked up on the same business day, if later than 12:00 PM it will be picked up on next business day (Free of cost)

Technical Analysis (Diagnosis): Stellar data recovery experts diagnose the problem and work on the most appropriate and fastest data recovery approach. Diagnosis in our laboratory costs Euro 79**.

Once we receive payment for the diagnosis cost, we submit technical report along with price details and time involved in recovery job.

Technical report includes:

• Details of damages occurred to the Data Carrier,
• Data capacity (size of recoverable data),
• List of recoverable files and folder (file list)
• Data quality result (data quality results are derived by checking recoverable files randomly).
• Time period involved in the data recovery process.
• Possibility of further usage of the damaged media.

Non binding offer: A non-binding offer contains price quote for your complete data recovery which is fixed in nature and decided on the basis of diagnosis and status of the data carrier. i.e extent of the damage to the data carrier, cost of replacement of parts, cost of manpower, usage of tools, requirement of new data carrier to store recovered data etc.

If you accept the non-binding offer, you need to send us written confirmation so that we can proceed further with data recovery.

If you don't accept the offer, you need to pay only the shipping returns of your data carrier.

Step 3: Data Recovery and delivering your data back

Once you accept the offer and send us written confirmation, our data recovery experts start the recovery process immediately and save the recovered data on a new data carrier.

Upon receipt of full payment, we deliver the data and old data carrier (if requested) by courier.

You get your data back.

**The diagnosis cost Euro 79 is per hard drive. For RAID configurations, encrypted files and previously opened hard disks additional charges would apply.
