You need to send the damaged hard drive or any storage media to Stellar Data Recovery Lab with the filled in Job Assessment Form. Call us at 1-877-778-6083 to request for the Job Assessment Form. We will immediately fax you the form. You can also down load the same from the following links.

Forward the damaged storage media well packed (preferrably bubble pack to avoid further damage) along with the filled in Job Assessment Form.

Based on the initial analysis of the damaged media by our data recovery experts, a detailed finding report along with the estimate will be communicated.
Authorization and Approval of Estimate
Stellar data recovery experts then proceed with the process of recovering your data according to the applicable method upon receiving your authorization and approval of the estimated cost. For all physical damages of hard drives, we strictly perform the recovery in sterile environment of Class 100 Clean Room.
Quality Authentication of the Recovered Data
