How do i save and use the scan results?

I cannot activate Stellar Phoenix
NOTE: The below mentioned steps apply to you if you have face any problem activating the software online. Please follow the below procedure carefully. Please also ensure that Stellar Phoenix has been installed on a fixed drive.
I get an error of ‘File Exists’ when I try to repair the zip file. Am I doing something wrong ?
File Exist dialog box appears, when you try to repair & save a zip file in the same path where the repaired file already exists. It will give you options to rename, overwrite or skip. The dialog box can be appeared if already existing repaired file is in uncompressed format or if already existing repaired file is in compressed format
How to recover lost logical volumes?
Double click on the physical disk displayed in the left pane.Click the first icon i.e. Scan for Logical Volume, in the Select Appropriate Action window.As soon as you click the icon, the software will start searching for the lost logical volumes.When searching is complete, all the lost volumes in the disk/drive will appear in the left pane in treeview.Select the volume from which you have to retrieve the lost data and go on with the recovery process to restore all the files.

Stellar Wipe gives you the facility of keeping a password for verification before wiping
How can I wipe primary partition of my drive?
The primary partition can not be wiped as this is the partition on the disk where the Operating System and the Stellar Wipe software is installed.
How do i recover files from a crashed IPOD?
Select Recovery icon and click Play button. Choose the iPod media. If a media is attached to the system, it will appear on the drop down list by default.
