Stellar Information launches its data recovery product range for Korean customers

Stellar Information Systems Ltd. today announced
a tie-up with Korean based data recovery experts
Myung Information Technologies Limited to provide
data recovery software to customers in Korea. This
joint venture will see Stellar’s products being sold
in Korea under the brand name ‘Myung Stellar
Phoenix’. The range of products has been localized
in the Korean language for ease of use and
understanding. In this new alliance, Stellar will
still be developing all the products with Myung
being responsible for marketing them in the Korean
market.

Stellar Informations today announced the release of
its flagship data recovery product range, Stellar
Phoenix, in Korea. Stellar Phoenix helps recovery
lost data after instances of software malfunction,
human errors, virus attacks and even sabotage!
Stellar has tied-up with Myung Information
Technologies Limited who will exclusively distribute
Stellar’s data recovery software solutions in Korea.
The software products will be called “Myung-Stellar
Phoenix”. In the first phase of the launch, data
recovery software for Windows, Linux, CD-ROM and
Digital Storage Media have been released.
This product range is available to Korean customers
either online, or through stores and resellers. A
dedicated web site,
www.myungstellar.com , has also been set up to
further help the Korean customer base. The software
can be purchased either online (ESD version) or in a
physical box (CD-ROM). Technical as well as sales
support will be provided in Korean by Myung.
Speaking at the launch of the association and the
release of the new products, Mr. Sunil Chandna, CEO
– Stellar Information, commented “With Stellar and
Myung being the foremost data recovery specialists
in their respective regions, this alliance is
positioned very strongly in the Korean market. In
this era of data intensive environments, we will be
a strong asset during any data disaster.”
Stellar has successfully established the products in
North America and Europe and the products are
already available in English, French, German and
Italian language interfaces. With over 25000
satisfied customers in over 80 countries, Stellar
plans to release the Japanese and Chinese editions
of the products shortly.
