Where and how can I register as a reseller? |
| |
|
Typically, you will find a form on Stellar's Web
site where you can register as a reseller for Stellar Products.
Fill out the form and enter a password of your choice that you
will need later on along with your reseller ID to place online
orders with Stellar. You can also include a personal message to
Stellar in your registration. |

I have registered. What's next? |

Once we receive your application, we will review
the same in 2 business days. After evaluation we may decide to
activate you as a reseller.
If activated, you will receive your log in details.
With this log in ID, you will be able to place orders online
from our website as a Reseller. |

|
When can I start ordering Stellar’s products
online as a reseller? When do special reseller terms and
conditions take effect? |

|
All the special purchasing conditions granted by
Stellar will be applicable only after you have been activated as
a reseller for our products. You will receive an e-mail
notification confirming activation of your reseller account for
Stellar including any applicable terms and conditions. These
terms and conditions will be effective from then on. |

What is the reseller ID used for? |

|
The reseller ID and password you entered when
you registered will identify you as a reseller for Stellar
Products. Using your reseller ID and password, you will be able
to log on to the order process on the Stellar's web site to
quickly and easily order online and to receive reseller
discounts, if applicable. |
|

How can I order online? |
| |
|
You need to place your order on the Stellar's
Web site as a returning customer or reseller. To do this, first
choose the product(s) you would like to purchase and proceed to
checkout, where you will be asked to enter your reseller ID and
the password you received when you registered under "Returning
customer / Reseller” on the order form page. |

Can I license a product to a customer's name,
but have it delivered to me? |

|
Yes. If you registered as a reseller during the
Stellar's order process, you can specify on the order form page
to whom the product should be licensed, e.g. to the customer's
name or company name, and to whom it should be delivered. |

|
|
What are my options for licensing and
delivery of a product? |
| |
|
Depending on the license type settings allowed
by Stellar, you can choose one of the following options when
ordering online as a reseller
|
| |
|
- Licensing to the customer, e.g. first and last name or
company name
- Licensing to you, e.g. first and last name or company name
- Shipping to you (delivery address and billing address are
identical)
- Shipping to the customer if customer information is
entered on the order form
|
|
|
|
|
|
How can I order using a purchase order? |
| |
|
Stellar can allow resellers to make purchases
using purchase orders. If you are authorized to use purchase
orders, you will see the "Purchase Order" payment option on the
form page displayed in the order process. |

|
|
|
Why can't I find the product I want to
purchase? |
| |
|
If you cannot find or cannot purchase a certain
product on the Stellar's Web site, it is possible that the
product has been (temporarily) deactivated or that Stellar is
using a defined product catalog for resellers and that the
catalog does not contain the desired product. If you want to buy
