Same issue except my scan gets to 98% and then stalls for minutes then produces an error popup message. I have updated to the latest iTunes - have IOS 12 (which wiped out my notes and is the reason to purchase this STELLAR software), Windows 10 ProX64, and Bitdefender AV. Tried multiple times & stuck at 98%. Please post a fix for this obviously common issue.

Purchased a downloadable version of your software thru OfficeDepot. Using the software with a MAC, and cannot get started.

Keep receiving a message that it "failed to list your iPhone, reconnect your device to your computer or restart application".

I've updated the MAC OS, I've updated the iTunes version. The iPhone has the most up to date OS as well.

This is garbage.

I also am getting the phone not listed comment. This company has been nothing but a headache. I initially purchased the Windows version by mistake. For two days I was told I would get an activation key for the Mac from two different reps. It never came. Because I am desperate as I have lost all of my children's photos, I broke down and purchased the software AGAIN for the Mac only to run into another issue. What a huge disappointment. This company has been nothing but a headache. I initially purchased the Windows version by mistake. I reached out for two days asking for a switch to Mac. Software on Mac is scanning iPhone since 2 hours. how long does it take?

The scanning time taken by software depends upon several factors.

Please provide us below details to analyze the situation:

1. Version of iOS
2. iPhone model
3. Is scanning stuck or making any progress

There's a Save to Iphone option here in the instruction option when saving Files that I don't seem to have. Is there a reason I don't have it?

The main reason I brought this was because I saw that this option existed.

Software has only one option to save the data to system.

The option to save the data on iPhone is no longer available now.

Every time I try to scan my phone I get an error “AppleMobileBackup.exe - System Error” message. Everything is up to date, please help
