Step 1 ? Update the QBDT Application
To resolve the issue, check if your QBDT program is updated. If not, update the program to the latest release. To do so, follow these steps:
- Open your QuickBooks Desktop application, click on Help from the main menu and select Update QuickBooks Desktop.
- On ?Update QuickBooks Desktop? dialog box, click Update Now, then select the Reset Update checkbox. Click Get Updates.
