- If you’re using Windows 8, 8.1, or 10, first run DISM.exe \/Online \/Cleanup-image \/Restorehealth<\/strong> command and then run the SFC command.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Type the sfc\/scannow<\/strong> command in the open cmd window and press Enter<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>
- Open the Search bar<\/strong>, type cmd<\/strong> to open Command Prompt<\/strong>, and click on ‘Run as administrator<\/strong>.’<\/li>\n<\/ul>
- The network driver will be uninstalled. Now, reinstall your device’s latest compatible driver from the system manufacturer’s website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>
- Select the check box stating ‘Attempt to remove the driver for this device’<\/strong> and click Uninstall<\/strong> to complete the process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>
- Go to the Network adapters<\/strong> in Device Manager<\/strong>, right-click on the driver and click Uninstall device<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>
- Wait until the process is done. Then, restart the PC\/laptop and check if the error is solved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>
- Locate the Network Adapters<\/strong> category and expand it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Type Device Manager<\/strong> in the Search<\/strong> bar<\/strong> and open it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Let the process complete. If any updated driver version is available, you can download it and proceed with its completion. After that, reboot your PC and check if the error is gone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>
- Right-click on the Wi-Fi device driver and select the ‘Update driver’<\/strong> option from the available ones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>
- Now, locate the Network adapters<\/strong> category and expand it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Open the Search bar<\/strong>, type Device Manager<\/strong>, and click on it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>
- If there is no list of updates, click ‘Check for updates’<\/strong> and proceed with the instructions given on the screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>
- If you see a list of pending updates, click on Install now<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>
- Open Settings<\/strong> and follow Update & Security > Windows Update<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- On the left panel, click Troubleshoot<\/strong> and then choose ‘Run troubleshooters automatically, then notify me<\/strong>.’<\/li>\n<\/ul>
