This file is used to move the Outlook mailbox data to another system or import it into another Outlook profile or Office 365 account.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"reasons-to-import-mbox-file-into-outlook\">Reasons to Import MBOX File into Outlook<\/h2><p>Here are some reasons why users look for ways to import MBOX file data into Outlook:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When switching from an MBOX-supporting email client, like Thunderbird or Eudora, to Microsoft Outlook.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To consolidate and manage mailbox data from different email clients (each using MBOX files).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For better integration with Microsoft applications, such as Word, Excel, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"workaround-to-import-mbox-file-data-into-outlook\">Workaround to Import MBOX File Data into Outlook<\/h2><p>As a workaround, you can <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stellarinfo.com\/blog\/import-mbox-file-into-thunderbird\/\">import the MBOX file data into Mozilla Thunderbird<\/a> and export the required emails from MBOX file to EML format (supported by Outlook).
