In this post, we will be sharing different ways to save Gmail emails to PDF format.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"technical-workarounds-for-gmail-to-pdf-conversion\"><strong>Technical Workarounds for Gmail to PDF Conversion<\/strong><\/h2><p>There is no direct method available to save Gmail emails in PDF format. Therefore, we are going to explain some workarounds to convert Gmail emails into PDF format.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Method 1: Single-Email PDF Export via Gmail Print Function<\/strong><\/h3><p><strong>You can save emails in PDF format in Gmail using the Print option. Here are the steps:<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open your <strong>Gmail account<\/strong> and double-click on the email (to open it).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find and <strong>click <\/strong>the <strong>printer <\/strong>icon.<\/li>\n<\/ul><blockquote class=\"note_alert\">\n<p><em><strong>Note:<\/strong> You don&rsquo;t need to print the email but to access the menu to save the email in PDF.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote><ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on the Change option to change the document&rsquo;s destination.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then, select the <strong>Save as PDF<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the desired location on your computer and click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul><p>This will save your selected Gmail email in PDF format. However, you can save one email at a time to PDF. Therefore, this method is not suitable for saving multiple Gmail emails to PDF format.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Method 2: Batch PDF Conversion via Google Takeout (MBOX) &amp; Desktop Client<\/strong><\/h3><p>There is another workaround in which you need to first download the Gmail emails in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stellarinfo.com\/blog\/mbox-file-extension\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MBOX file format<\/a> using Google Takeout. Then, import this MBOX file into Thunderbird and save the emails to PDF or use an MBOX converter tool to save Gmail emails (MBOX file) in PDF. Here is the step-by-step process. &nbsp;<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Phase 1: Exporting Gmail Data to MBOX using Google Takeout<\/strong><\/h4><p>First, you need to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stellarinfo.com\/article\/download-gmail-emails-using-google-takeout.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">download the Gmail data with the help of Google Takeout<\/a> &ndash; a free utility provided by Google. You can directly go to the Google Takeout page by entering this URL: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stellarinfo.com\/article\/download-gmail-emails-using-google-takeout.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">https:\/\/takeout.google.com\/?hl=en-GB<\/a> in the web browser. Then, follow the steps given below:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the &lsquo;<strong>De-select All<\/strong>&rsquo; button. This will import your MBOX file data into Thunderbird.<\/li>\n<\/ul><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Phase 3: Saving Imported MBOX Emails as PDF using Thunderbird<\/strong><\/h4><p>Once, you have successfully imported the MBOX file (containing Gmail emails) into Thunderbird, follow the below steps to save the emails to PDF.<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the desired emails you want to save in PDF format.
