Exchange Server 2010、2013、2016、または 2019 から Exchange Online にデータを移行する際に、“保存中のアイテムへの変更を保存できません” という<\/strong>エラーメッセージが表示されることがあります。メールボックスを Exchange Online にリモートで移動した場合、または複数のメールボックスを含む移行バッチを実行<\/a>した場合、特定のメールボックスのアップロードが停止され、エラーメッセージが表示されます。エラーメッセージの全文は以下のとおりです：<\/p>

エラーメッセージは、問題がクォータを超えたフォルダごとのアイテム数に関連していることを示しています。メールボックスやフォルダのサイズに制限はありません。ユーザーがデータをExchangeサーバーに保存する際に問題はないため、すべて正常に動作しているようです。<\/p>

マイクロソフトのドキュメントによると、1つのフォルダ内のアイテム数には上限があります。つまり、メールボックスのフォルダの1つが100万件という上限に達しているようです。申し上げたように、ユーザーには何の問題もありません。問題が発生するのは、メールボックスをOffice 365に移行しようとしたときだけです。<\/p>

記事の変更を保存できません」というエラーはどのように解決できますか？<\/h2>

まず、メールボックスを特定し、移行バッチから削除して、影響を受けるメールボックスの問題を解決する間、データの移行を継続できるようにする必要があります。<\/p>

Exchange <\/strong>管理シェル（<\/strong>EMS<\/strong>）<\/strong>ウィンドウを開きます。以下のコマンドを入力して、特定のメールボックスのフォルダ統計を取得し、$root 変数にキャッシュします。<\/p>

$root=Get-MailboxFolderStatistics -Identity <user email address><\/code><\/p>

メールボックスをチェック<\/strong>し、どのルートフォルダが<\/strong>クォータを超過しているかを次のコマンドで確認します。<\/p>

そのためには、最初のコマンドを変更し、フォルダスコープ機能を使ってIPM以外のルートフォルダを決定する必要があります（次の例を参照）。<\/p>

ご覧のように、問題は通常のフォルダではなく、ユーザーには見えない隠しフォルダにあります。クォータを超過するフォルダはSystem<\/strong>、<\/strong>Spooler Queue<\/strong>、Deferred Actionフォルダのようなフォルダです。<\/p>

問題のあるフォルダを見つけることができても、Outlookでそのフォルダを削除したり移動したりすることはできません。MFCMAPI<\/strong>と<\/strong>呼ばれるアプリケーションを使用して、ストレージに直接接続し、ユーザーがアクセスできない隠しフォルダを削除\/移動する必要があります。<\/p>
