  5. In the ‘Import and Export Wizard’<\/strong>, select the Import Internet Mail and address <\/em>option and click on the Next<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n

      1. Install Windows Live Mail (WLM)<\/strong> on your system if you do not have the program installed on your system. To do so, you will have to download Windows Essentials<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Open WLM, click on the File <\/strong>tab present in the menu<\/li>\n<\/ol>

        Alternatively, you can press the Alt <\/strong>and F keys<\/strong> simultaneously to open the File menu<\/strong><\/p>
