Hay\nvarias razones:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>El archivo <strong>OST<\/strong> puede estar\nda&ntilde;ado o corrompido.<\/li><li>Problema de sincronizaci&oacute;n entre <strong>Outlook<\/strong>\ny el servidor de <strong>Exchange<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Un cierre inesperado del cliente\nde <strong>Outlook<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Apagado repentino del PC.<\/li><li>Una actualizaci&oacute;n de la versi&oacute;n de\n<strong>Outlook<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Cuando el archivo <strong>OST<\/strong>\nexcede el tama&ntilde;o m&aacute;ximo permitido de 50 GB.<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ubicaci&oacute;n predeterminada del archivo OST<\/strong><\/h3><p><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">De forma predeterminada, <strong>Microsoft Outlook<\/strong>\nalmacena el archivo <strong>OST<\/strong> en la siguiente ruta:<br>\nC:\\users\\&rdquo;user&rdquo;\\AppData\\Local\\Microsoft\\Outlook\\xxx.ost<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Soluci&oacute;n\nmanual al error &ldquo;OST no es un archivo de datos de Outlook&rdquo;.<\/strong><\/h3><p><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">Existe un m&eacute;todo para resolver el error <em>&ldquo;OST\nno es un archivo de datos de Outlook&rdquo;<\/em>, pero es un proceso complejo para un\nusuario y no siempre funciona. Aqu&iacute; est&aacute;n los pasos a seguir para resolver el\nerror:<\/p><p><strong>Paso 1.<\/strong> Debemos ir\nal <em>Panel de control<\/em> &gt; <em>Correo<\/em>.<\/p><p><strong>Paso 2<\/strong>. En el\ncuadro de di&aacute;logo, hacemos clic en <em>Mostrar perfiles<\/em> y seleccionamos\nnuestro perfil de <strong>Outlook<\/strong>.<\/p><p><strong>Paso 3.<\/strong>\nSeleccionamos <em>Propiedades<\/em>, hacemos clic en <em>Correo electr&oacute;nico e\nintercambio<\/em>.<\/p><p><strong>Paso 4.<\/strong> Luego\nhacemos clic en <em>Cambiar<\/em> y desmarcamos la opci&oacute;n <em>&ldquo;Usar modo de\nintercambio en cach&eacute;&rdquo;<\/em>.<\/p><p><strong>Paso 5.<\/strong> Vamos a <em>Configuraci&oacute;n<\/em>\n&gt; <em>Avanzado<\/em> &gt; <em>Archivo de carpeta sin conexi&oacute;n<\/em>.<\/p><p><strong>Paso 6.<\/strong> A\ncontinuaci&oacute;n, hacemos clic en <em>Configuraci&oacute;n<\/em>, seleccionamos <em>&ldquo;Desactivar\nsin conexi&oacute;n&rdquo;<\/em> y hacemos clic en <em>S&iacute;<\/em>.<\/p><p><strong>Paso 7.<\/strong> Abrimos la\nconfiguraci&oacute;n del archivo de la carpeta fuera de l&iacute;nea y hacemos clic en <em>Aceptar<\/em>.<\/p><p><strong>Paso 8.<\/strong>\nSeleccionamos <em>Siguiente<\/em> y hacemos clic en <em>S&iacute;<\/em>.<\/p><p><strong>Paso 9. <\/strong>Vamos a <em>Configuraci&oacute;n\ndel modo de intercambio en cach&eacute;<\/em>, marcamos la casilla <em>&ldquo;Usar el mod de intercambio\nen cach&eacute;&rdquo;<\/em> y hacemos clic en <em>Aceptar<\/em>.<\/p><p><strong>Paso 10.<\/strong>\nFinalmente, seleccionamos <em>Siguiente <\/em>&gt; <em>Fin <\/em>&gt; <em>Cerrar<\/em>\npara completar el proceso.<\/p><p><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">Podemos hacer uso de una herramienta\nprofesional que simplifica, facilita todo el proceso, ahorra tiempo y evita la\np&eacute;rdida de informaci&oacute;n de los archivos <strong>OST<\/strong>. <strong>Stellar Converter for OST<\/strong>\nes la alternativa ideal.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>&iquest;C&oacute;mo\ncorregir el error &ldquo;No se puede iniciar Microsoft Outlook.
