d. Click Scan Drive<\/strong> (See Image 5<\/strong>).<\/p>

Method 2: Run CHKDSK Command<\/strong><\/p>

You can also run the CHKDSK command to find any corruption with any of your device and fix them to get rid of the “The Directory Name is Invalid’<\/strong> in Windows 10. To do so, follow this:<\/p>

a. Press Windows + X, <\/strong>locate and open Command Prompt (Admin).<\/strong> (See Image 6<\/strong>)<\/p>
