バックアップをとっていないディスクから復元したい場合は、復元する直前まであまり読み書きをしないようにしましょう。<\/p>

HDDやSSD、フラッシュメモリなどといったディスクは、データを消去しても、そのデータにアクセスできなくなるだけで、データ自体は残っています。しかし、そのデータがあった場所に上書きされてしまった場合、そのデータを復元することは困難になってしまいます。そのため、復元直前まではあまり読み書きしない方がいいのです。<\/p>

一般的な復元方法<\/strong><\/h2>

Macのデータを復元する、最も一般的な方法は、Time Machineバックアップから復元する方法です。この方法は、普段からTime Machineディスクにバックアップを取っている人が対象です。バックアップをとっていない人は次のセクションに進んでください。<\/p>

まず、メニューバーにあるTime Machineアイコンをクリックし、その中にある「Time Machineに入る」をクリックします。<\/p>

もし、Time Machineアイコンが表示されていない場合は、システム環境設定の「Time Machine」から、「Time Machineをメニューバーに表示」のチェックを入れます。<\/p>

あとは、必要なデータを過去のバックアップから取り込むだけです。<\/p>

バックアップを取っていない場合<\/strong><\/p>

もしもバックアップを取っていなくても、焦る必要はありません。上記の注意を守っていればほとんどの場合、復元可能です。<\/p>

バックアップがない状態での復元ではTime Machineの機能が使えないため、他のソフトを使う必要があります。<\/p>

今回は、Stellar Data Recovery<\/a>というソフトを使います。このソフトは、無料版と有料版があり、無料版は1GBまでのデータを復元できます。有料版は、macOSが起動できない状態での復元など、他にも様々な機能がありますが、小さなファイルを復元するには無料版でも十分です。<\/p>

Stellar Data Recoveryをインストールし、起動したら以下の画面が表示されます。<\/p>

この画面がStellar Data Recoveryのホーム画面です。何のファイルを復元するかを選べます。復元したい種類のものをオンにします。すべてのファイルを確認したいときは全てをオンにします。<\/p>

選んだら「Next」をクリックします。<\/p>

次は、復元したいファイルがあるディスクを選択します。今回は「USB」を選択しました。選んだら「Scan」をクリックします。<\/p>

ちなみに、システムディスクを選択すると機能拡張を許可する必要があるというメッセージが出てきます。「Next」を押すと手順が表示されます。<\/p>

場合によってはMacを再起動する必要があるかもしれません。<\/p>

再起動後にもう一度「Scan」を押すと、スキャンが始まります。システムディスク以外の方はここから開始です。<\/p>

スキャンしたあとしばらく待つと、スキャン結果が出てきます。この中に復元したいファイルがあるかを確認しましょう。<\/p>

残念ながら、復元したいファイルが見つからないこともあります。それでもまだ焦る必要はありません。次は「Deep Scan」をしてみましょう。<\/p>

ディスク選択画面の左下のスイッチをオンにして、スキャンします。すると、先ほどよりも長い時間をかけて、消えたファイルを探し出します。結構時間がかかるので、気長に待ちましょう。<\/p>

スキャンが終わると、先ほどよりも多くのファイルが現れました。復元したいファイルがあるかを確認します。<\/p>

もし大事なデータを消してしまっても、慌てずに対処すれば、多くの場合は元に戻せます。<\/p>
