Or, you may access phpMyAdmin using cPanel. &nbsp;<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once phpMyAdmin opens, click the <strong>Databases<\/strong> tab from the main menu. Click <strong>Check All<\/strong> to select and repair all the tables. Once the tables are selected, expand the &lsquo;With selected:&rsquo; drop-down, then select the <strong>Repair Table <\/strong>option.<\/li>\n<\/ul><p><\/p><p style=\"padding: 10px;border: 2px solid black\"><b>Note:<\/b>To repair a specific table, check only that table. In our case, we&rsquo;ve selected two tables &lsquo;Customer&rsquo; that we want to repair and recover.<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"984\" height=\"534\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stellarinfo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/repair-myisam-table-3.png\" alt=\"repair myisam table\" class=\"wp-image-89779 apply-gradient-on-post-images\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.stellarinfo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/repair-myisam-table-3.png 984w, https:\/\/www.stellarinfo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/repair-myisam-table-3-300x163.png 300w, https:\/\/www.stellarinfo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/repair-myisam-table-3-768x417.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 984px) 100vw, 984px\" \/><\/figure><p>The phpMyAdmin will run the query for the MySQL tables. On successful completion of the repair process, a message indicating that the database tables are repaired will appear.<\/p><p style=\"padding: 10px;border: 2px solid black\"><b>Note:<\/b>You cannot repair InnoDB table(s) using the &lsquo;REPAIR TABLE&rsquo; option. On trying to repair an InnoDB table, you will get an error &ldquo;the storage engine doesn&rsquo;t support repair.&rdquo; To fix a corrupted InnoDB table, refer to this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stellarinfo.com\/blog\/repair-innodb-table-corruption-in-mysql\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">blog<\/a>.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"still-can&rsquo;t-access-the-mysql-database?\"><strong>Still Can&rsquo;t Access the MySQL Database?<\/strong><\/h2><p>While the above method might work, it has certain shortcomings. It only allows repairing a single database at a time which can be time-consuming. Also, fixing corruption in a large database may require additional time, thereby exceeding database downtime. Further, the method may fail to repair a severely corrupt MySQL database.
