7. License Allocation

The License Allocation tab helps track how many licenses are available, and consumed, and the total number allocated for each edition. It also provides key information like the product code, license grouping, and the duration of the license.

• Edition: Displays the version or edition of the product.

• Total Count: Displays the total number of licenses allocated.

• Available Count: Indicates the number of licenses still available for use.

• Consumed Count: Displays the number of licenses already used.

• Product Code: Displays the unique code assigned to the product.

• Grouping Edition: Indicates how licenses are grouped by edition.

• Duration: Displays the time period for which the licenses are valid.

 

Filter Box

Function: Helps search for specific licenses by user, product, status, duration, or other attributes.

Purpose: Streamlines the process of license allocation and management by narrowing down search results based on user needs.

 

A single page on the License Allocation menu shows up to 10 reports only. To view other reports page, navigation buttons are provided below the table.

The following are the page navigation buttons available

•        To display more rows, check the box next to "Rows per page."

• << : will display the first page. 

• <   : will display the previous page. 

• >   : will display the next page. 

• >> : will display the last page
