4.4.1. Mailbox Store Reports

This category of reports lists various details of all the mailboxes of that Exchange Server. The reports are further divided into the following categories:

• Mailbox Stores
• Mailbox Store Growth
• Mailbox Stores Split-up
• Mailbox Size
• Mailbox Size Growth

 

1. Mailbox Stores

Mailbox Stores report lists all the mailbox stores in the exchange server with their respective details. The details include store name, size, number of mailboxes, server name etc. It also shows a Mailbox Split-Up bar graph between the individual mailbox stores and their sizes.

To view Mailbox Stores report:

• From the Navigation Pane, click on Report -> Storage.

• Under Mailbox Store Reports, click on Mailbox Store.

• If you wish to change the Server, Click on Select Server and choose the server name from the drop down list.

 

2. Mailbox Store Growth

These reports show the growth of all the individual mailbox stores of the selected exchange organization. The report displays the mailbox store name and its initial and final size with its growth percentage.

To view Mailbox Stores Growth report:

• From the Navigation Pane, click on Report -> Storage.

• Under Mailbox Store Reports, click on Mailbox Store Growth.

• Under Filter, in the Period field, select the time period from the drop down options and click Go.

• If you wish to change the Server, Click on Select Server and choose the server name from the drop down list.

 

3. Mailbox Stores Split-up

This report lists the size split-up information of all the mailbox stores on an exchange server. The split-up details include the mailbox store name, size, number of mailboxes, size used by mailboxes etc.

To view Mailbox Stores Split-up report:

• From the Navigation Pane, click on Report -> Storage.

• Under Mailbox Store Reports, click on Mailbox Stores Split-up.

• If you wish to change the Server, Click on Select Server and choose the server name from the drop down list.

 

4. Mailbox Size

This report presents all the mailboxes on an exchange server with their respective size. It also displays a graph showing top 10 mailboxes based on their size. The report includes mailbox name, size (GB), mailbox store name and other mailbox details.

To view Mailbox Size report:

• From the Navigation Pane, click on Report -> Storage.

• Under Mailbox Store Reports, click on Mailbox Size.

• If you wish to change the Server, Click on Select Server and choose the server name from the drop down list.

 

5. Mailbox Size Growth

This report presents information regarding growth of all the mailboxes in the exchange server. The report also displays the top 5 mailboxes based on their growth. The report displays the mailbox name and its initial and final size with its growth percentage.

To view Mailbox Size Growth report:

• From the Navigation Pane, click on Report -> Storage.

• Under Mailbox Store Reports, click on Mailbox Store Growth.

• Under Filter, in the Period field, select the time period from the drop down options and click Go.

• If you wish to change the Server, Click on Select Server and choose the server name from the drop down list.
