4.2.1. OWA General Reports

OWA General Reports provide information regarding the logon information of various users and there specifics including the browser, client ip and server details.

Various reports listed in this category are:

1. Login by Users

This report displays the logon count for various users during a given time period. It also displays a list of top 10 users based on the log on count.

To view Login by Users report:

From the Navigation Pane, click on Report -> OWA & ActiveSync.
Under OWA General Reports, click on Login by Users.
Under Filter, in the Period field, select the time period from the drop down options and click Go.
If you wish to change the Server, click on Select Server and choose the server name from the drop down list.

2. Browser Based Login

This reports lists the various browsers used for OWA logins and their respective log on count during a given time period. It also displays a list of top 10 browsers based on the log on count.

To view Browser Based Login report:

From the Navigation Pane, click on Report -> OWA & ActiveSync.
Under OWA General Reports, click on Browser Based Login.
Under Filter, in the Period field, select the time period from the drop down options and click Go.
If you wish to change the Server, click on Select Server and choose the server name from the drop down list.

3. Client IP Based Login

This reports lists the various client ip's used for OWA logins and their respective log on count during a given time period. It also displays a list of top 10 client ip's based on the log on count.

To view Client IP Based Login report:

From the Navigation Pane, click on Report -> OWA & ActiveSync.
Under OWA General Reports, click on Client IP Based Login.
Under Filter, in the Period field, select the time period from the drop down options and click Go.
If you wish to change the Server, click on Select Server and choose the server name from the drop down list.

4. Server Based Login

This reports lists the various servers used for OWA logins and their respective log on count during a given time period. It also displays a list of top 10 servers based on the log on count.

To view Server Based Login report:

From the Navigation Pane, click on Report -> OWA & ActiveSync.
Under OWA General Reports, click on Server Based Login.
Under Filter, in the Period field, select the time period from the drop down options and click Go.
If you wish to change the Server, click on Select Server and choose the server name from the drop down list.

5. Login Specifics

This is a detailed report showing complete login information i.e date of login, username, client ip address, browser name and server name used to login any OWA account during a give time period.

To view Login Specifics report:

From the Navigation Pane, click on Report -> OWA & ActiveSync.
Under OWA General Reports, click on login Specifies.
Under Filter, in the Period field, select the time period from the drop down options and click Go.
If you wish to change the Server, click on Select Server and choose the server name from the drop down list.
