4.1.5. Retention Policies Reports

Retention Policies reports list all the mailboxes which have retention policies enabled and type of retention policy enabled on the mailbox.

Reports included under this category are:

• Number of Mailboxes with Policies
• Mailboxes with Policies

 

1. Number of Mailboxes with Policies

This reports shows the number of mailboxes for every retention policy available.

To view Number of Mailboxes with Policies report:

• From the Navigation Pane, click on Report -> Mailbox.

• Under Retention Policies Reports, click on Number of Mailboxes With Policies.

• If you wish to change the Server, click on Select Server and choose the server name from the drop down list.

 

2. Mailboxes with Policies

This report shows mailboxes with their respective retention policies.

To view Mailboxes with Policies report:

• From the Navigation Pane, click on Report -> Mailbox.

• Under Retention Policies Reports, click on Mailboxes With Policies.

• If you wish to change the Server, click on Select Server and choose the server name from the drop down list.
