4.4.3. Server Reports

Server Reports provide storage information related to the server.

 

1. Server Storage

This report provides the server storage details. The details include server name, total store size, total store used and mailbox store size.

To view Server Storage report:

  • From the Navigation Pane, click on Report -> Storage.

  • Under Public Server Report, click on Server Storage.

  • If you wish to change the Server, click on Select Server and choose the server name from the drop down list.

 

2. Server Storage Growth

This report displays the growth rate in the usage of servers added to an exchange organization. The details also include initial and final store usage with a chart displaying the servers with maximum usage growth rate.

To view Server Storage Growth report:

  • From the Navigation Pane, click on Report -> Storage.

  • Under Server Report, click on Server Storage Growth.

  • Under Filter, in the Period field, select the time period from the drop down options and click Go.

  • If you wish to change the Server, click on Select Server and choose the server name from the drop down list.
