In case the saved folder after data recovery or repair shows no files, first check the size of the folder created by the application.

Situation 1: If saved folder has a size

If the folder saved by the software has a size, then the files may be hidden in your Mac or Windows system. You need to unhide the files.

  2. On top menu, select View > OptionsChange folder and search options.
  3. Select the View tab.
  4. In Advanced settings, select Show hidden files, folders, and drives.
  5. Click OK.

OR you can directly unhide files from View in menu bar:

  1. Open File Explorer. Open the required folder.
  2. On top menu, select View > Go to section Show/hidecheck hidden items box.

Steps to show or hide files on Mac:

  1. Open the required folder in which you want to display the hidden files.
  2. Hold down the cmd + shift + [.] keys.
  3. All the hidden files will then appear partially transparent.

Situation 2: If saved folder is of 0 bytes
