Stellar Recovery for Mail can save your years of effort by safely reclaiming all the lost, deleted, or inaccessible emails in your ThunderBird and IncrediMail email databases. The tool is equipped to scan and recover multiple files simultaneously. During the recovery process, the software extracts attachments along with your messages and does not modify the original data.

Recovering Mails from 'IncrediMail' (.IMM) or 'ThunderBird' Files:

Run Stellar Recovery for Mail. The main interface appears along with the 'Select Mail Client' dialog. In this dialog, select 'IncrediMail' or 'ThunderBird'.

Next, the 'Select File/Folder' dialog is displayed. Click 'Select File' to select a single IncrediMail or ThunderBird file. After selecting the file, click 'Start Recovery' to initiate email recovery process.

If you need to recover mails from multiple files, click 'Select Folder' in the same dialog. This will allow you to choose a folder containing multiple IncrediMail or ThunderBird files. When you select a folder, a new 'Select Files' dialog appears. In this dialog, choose the files you need to recover and click 'Start Recovery'.

You can also search email files in a specific drive. To do so, click 'Find File' button in the 'Select File/Folder' dialog. Specify the drive to be searched and the type of file in the 'Find File' dialog. Mark 'Search Subfolders' checkbox to scan subfolders as well. Click 'Start' to begin the search. After completion of the process, all the files found are listed below 'Search Result'. Select the desired file and click 'OK'. Click 'Start Recovery'.

The software starts scanning the selected email files and lists them in the main interface for preview. When you select the desired file from the left pane and a message in the top right pane, the contents of this email are displayed in the bottom pane.

Select the 'Root' checkbox in the left pane and then click 'Save Mails' icon on the tool bar. Specify a destination to save the recovered emails and click 'OK'.

When the process is completed, a pop-up dialog appears showing the message 'Selected file(s) repaired and saved successfully'.
