Solve ‘Activation Failed: Activation Key is Invalid’ problem in Stellar Data Recovery Professional

About the Problem: “I have entered the received Activation key in the Activation window, but the software shows the Activation key is invalid.” 

Please ensure that the following points are met while activating the Stellar’s software:

1. Copy and paste the activation code instead of typing it in the activation dialog box.

2. While copying the activation code, please ensure that no extra spaces or characters are copied along with the code

3. Ensure that you are pasting the activation code in the correct field.

4. Ensure that the activation code matches the application and version installed on your system.

 

If the application is still not accepting the activation key, then you need to contact Stellar technical support for further assistance (keep your order number handy while contacting technical support).

I have previously installed and activated Stellar Windows Data Recovery and used it successfully. I just tried to launch it again and I get an error "Invalid Key Device (0x3c04) and the program fails to launch. I removed and reinstalled the program and it still fails to start with the same error. I don't understand...

a) why it takes so long to receive a serial number and
b) why the serial number isn't working

After I completed a 45 minute scan, I purchased the software after being asked to do so after hitting 'recover files'. What's going on? This is really frustrating and antiquated.

Like most of the other commenters above, I have an activation key that isn't working. I purchased the Mac version of your Photo Recovery software directly from your website, but was sent an activation key for the Windows version.

I already have the free version of the Mac software on my laptop, and tried using the (Windows) activation code with it, but kept getting error messages.
