I had purchased Stellar Data Recovery Professional for Mac application about two years ago. Do I get a free software upgrade or I need to pay for the upgrade?

Minor updates are available free, whereas you need to pay for major upgrades. 

 

You can schedule Stellar Update Wizard to check for minor updates at regular intervals by following the steps mentioned below: 

 

1. Run Stellar Data Recovery Professional for Mac. 

2. Click Preferences button on the main user interface or select Preferences option from StellarDataRecovery menu. 

3. Click Others button in Preferences window. 

4. Select Check for updates option and set the frequency. The wizard will check for updates automatically at specified frequency.

 

Alternately, you can check for minor updates manually by clicking the Check for updates now button. In case of major upgrades, you need to contact Stellar technical support for further assistance (keep your order number handy while contacting technical support). Good Day, I was under the impression that the upgrade was free.
The new software now does not work with the old code.
I need a new link for the older version please.
I am a pensioner, and cannot afford the new version now.

Hi there - I too would like to find out if the old license key that I had for my previous Stellar Photo recovery is applicable to new version, as sadly it appears as though the older version is no longer working in the latest MacOS version?
