I have completed the scan on my hard drive but there is no preview available in this Photo Recovery software. What does it mean and will I be able to recover my files or not?

After completing the scan in Stellar Photo Recovery software you can select any file from the list and you will be able to see the preview in the preview window.

If you are unable to find the preview of files in the software then they are internally corrupted and unfortunately cannot be recovered.

After completing the scan in Stellar Photo Recovery software, I can see my lost photo list but when I'm trying clicking on a file to se an image preview, it give me a message: No preview available. Does that file may be repair with your repair tools (premium version) or not? Regards.

I tried the Sellar Repair for Photo and "Advance Repair"
After I did that the Type changed to "Repaired" but still no preview vissible.
Does that mean that the file cannot be recovered or should I by the full version?

I have downloaded the demo version of Stellat Data Recovery. It has scanned my disk and found the files and folders I want. Before I pay I would like to know if any files will recover correctly. I am disconcerted that all files report "No Preview Available", which makes me fear that even the paid version will not be able to recover any file?

Hello, on the first scan I was able to preview and recover the photo, but later it kept requesting me to enter the key code. I sent an email and was told to install again and enter the key and now after the scan is completed it says preview unavailable and when I recover it doesn’t have the image. Please help!

I got the same problem as the people above. I cannot see any previews. I got 150 shots to recover. I'd like to know if the paid version of your software will do a better job than a demo.

Hi,

Just downloaded the demo version of stellar and no preview available is displayed after advanced repair option is executed. I can see previews for files that were not showing issues on my USB, but the 73 files that wouldn't open offer no preview.

As asked above, does this mean that if I get the paid version it will still not work?

Unfortunately, the recovered files might be corrupted or fragmented due to which you are unable to open them after recovery. We request you to provide us the below details so that we can analyze the issue:

1. How the data was lost from the drive? (Was the drive formatted/Data was deleted)
2. Type of drive from which you wish to recover the data? (Boot Volume/External Drive)
3. Version of Operating System. (If using Mac, then SIP is Enabled/Disabled)
4. Capacity and File System of the drive
5. Size and Type of files that you want to recover
6. Activities performed on the drive after the data loss
7. Were you able to see the preview of the files in the software once the scanning was completed?

Finished an advanced repair of one MP4 after providing a sample video. Program indicates Status is 'Complete' and Action shows 'Preview', as well as the option to Saved Repaired Files. Of course I want to preview the repaired video. Clicking the 'Preview' link does nothing. What gives?

I performed both the quick scan and deep scan.. trying to recover my photos.. but it's showing no preview.. if I buy the premium will I be able to recover even those.. because all my deleted photos are in the list after the scan.. but it shows no preview.. will it recover completely if I buy the premium

If software is not showing preview of recovered photo then we would request you to save recovered file first and then try Stellar Photo Repair software in order to check the possibility of repairing the corrupted photo files.

If you will get the file preview in repair software after complete the scan process the file will be repaired in the same manner.

Dear Craig,

Demo version of the application is used to check the possibility of repairing. If the preview is available, then repairing is possible.

Advance Repair option will work after purchasing the application. There is no difference between the demo and purchased version of the application. You may try the Advance Repair option to repair them.

Please let us know the the type of files which you are repairing.

If those are photos then if demo version is not showing preview even after advance repair then files will not be repairable due to severe corruption.

In case of video files, please check whether partial preview is available or not.

If software is showing Advance Repair option for the files than please use it to check the further possibility of repair.

Software shows partial preview of the files, if you are satisfied with the partial preview than files can be repaired after you purchase the software.

Hi, i have downloaded the demo software and it says that i can preview the file, but preview doesn't work.

Hi,

Our Software works on preview basis. If you are able to see preview of files in our software then files will be recovered in same manner.

For video files, demo version of software shows partial preview of files however after recovery, you may access the complete video file.

After a scan I can see the files I want to recover, even their previews; however when I hit the recovery button, choose my file destination, it doesn't actually download anything but the root folder and those folders nested with my files . . . Please help . . . I'm paid for the professional version and so far - I'm concerned about this investment.

We understand your situation that recovered files are not getting saved.

Please right click on shortcut of software than click on Run as administrator. Now try to scan and save the files and let us know the outcome.
