I have entered the received registration key in the registration window but the application says that the registration key is invalid. How can the program be activated?

Please ensure following points are met while activating the application:
 
  • Copy and paste the registration code instead of typing it in the activation dialog box.
  • While copying the registration code, please ensure that no extra spaces or characters are copied along with the code
  • Ensure that you are pasting the registration code in the correct field.
  • Ensure that the registration code matches the application and version installed on your system.
 
If the application is still not accepting the registration key, then the issue needs to be checked over remote session.

I had to install the software on a different computer to run it (recovering data from an external hard drive). The second time I ran it, the key did not work. I get the message "Invalid Key! Acitvation failed!" I cut and pasted the number, and trued multuple times, so I know its the one I was sent.
Please advise or send new key.

I ran a very long repair process and then bought the software and input the activation key by copy and pasting it and it won't work after many attempts. Look at how many people are having this issue--this needs to be permanently resolved. Very disappointing. Please resolve my issue immediately.

I am very upset. I was looking forward to the program after I had purchased it. I get the activation key and used it on the software to repair my photo. Says it was valid, but photo was never saved and there was no option for me to save it. So I tried again, and after that it kept saying activation key was invalid. Obviously, this was copy and pasted, the exact key etc. And even when it wasn't invalid I still never got to save my recovered photos, it just stayed as an unaccessible thumbnail.
