Can I Recover Data from macOS High Sierra Empty Trash or BootCamp Recycle Bin?

You can delete files and folders simply by dragging them to the Trash but they are not permanently deleted until you empty the Trash. Deleted files go to Trash from where you can restore them as and when required given that the Trash has not been emptied.
