Stellar Data Recovery Professional software is scanning my disk for a long time. Can I pause or stop the scan, check the results, and then resume scanning again?

The application is taking a long time in scanning the hard disk because either the size of the hard disk is very large or it has bad sectors in it. We suggest you to create an image of the hard disk instead of scanning the original disk as creating an image will save time.

It is not possible to pause the scanning, you can only stop it. Once you stop the scan, you can recover only the data listed in the tree.
