To transfer the license of a registered software from one computer to another when it comes to Stellar Repair for PDF – Windows, you will have to follow certain pre-defined steps on both - the target computer as well as the source computer. With the transfer of the license, the product gets deactivated on the Source Computer and activated on the target computer by reactivation. Once the process of transferring of license is over, the software runs with its full functionality and potential.

To transfer a software license from one computer to another, the steps given below should be followed on both the target and the source computer sequentially:

On the Source computer, execute the following steps:

Step 1: Run the registered version of Stellar Repair for PDF – Windows.
Step 2: On the software’s main interface, click on the Transfer License tab.
Step 3: Copy the Registration ID displayed in the Registration ID field on the target computer and paste it in the Registration ID field of the Transfer License dialog box on the source computer.
Step 4: To get the License Key, click the ‘Transfer in’ tab on the source computer. And consequently, the License Key will be generated. 
Step 5: To save the Registration ID and the License Key, click on Save to File tab present in the Transfer License interface. 
Step 6: Next, in Browse for Folder dialog box, select the location where you want to save the details and then click on the OK button.
Step 7: At the end, when the saving process gets over the message ‘License Key has been saved successfully' is displayed post which you should click on the OK button.

With the execution of the above-mentioned steps, the software that was once active on the Source Computer becomes deactivated. Thus, you will not be able to use it any longer on your source computer. Following this, move to the Target Computer and carry out the defined steps.

On the Target computer, execute the following steps: 

Step 1: Run the demo version of Stellar Repair for PDF - Windows
Step 2: Click on the Register tab that is present on the main interface. With this, a new dialog box appears.
Step 3: Select Offline Registration and click OK from the Register window. With this, an Offline Registration dialog box displaying Registration ID in its respective field appears. However, the license key field in the interface remains empty.
Step 4: Next, put in the License Key generated on the Source Computer to the License Key field on the Target Computer.
Step 5: Furthermore, click on the Register tab for the completion of the software’s activation process. 
Step 6: Finally, a message ‘Activation Completed Successfully’ pops up indicating that the software has been activated on your target computer. Click on the OK button.
