The ideal candidate should have 8 years of proven experience in customer retention for a SaaS product, with a focus on managing churn rates and implementing Email campaigns for customer journey enhancements.

Job Requirement

Key Responsibilities for this Role:

  • Maximize the recurring (repeat) revenue for our existing customers of DIY software.
  • Drive revenue through subscription renewals of SaaS products.
  • Segment customer basis customer type - individual, enterprise, or service provider to run specific campaigns
  • Develop and implement programs for customer onboarding, lifecycle management, and retention.
  • Run Email Offers to monetize & increase the customer lifetime value
  • Use Emailers to upsell/cross-sell plans and new products and improve customer satisfaction and brand value
  • Create long-term customer retention strategies and plans to shape our Data Care Program

Desired Experience:

  • Overall, 8 years experience with 5+ years of experience in successfully reducing Churn and increasing customer retention in leading in e-commerce, ideally in an International Business environment
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Sound understanding of any CRM and Setting Email campaigns

Key Skills

  • Working knowledge of an International e-commerce environment
  • Sharp business acumen for understanding Complex data sets to drive actionable insights
  • Ability to create a wow customer experience that drives recurring revenue and retains customer
  • Ability to work independently and across teams 
  • Detailed-oriented, have an eye for perfection
  • Good written and verbal communication/influence skills

Qualification

  • Any Graduate with good Analytical & Technical bend of mind [MBA preferred]
