Job Description
Stellar is looking for a customer-focused and result-oriented professional to manage B2B sales and client engagement for its Database Repair, Email Migration, and Data Recovery solutions. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for qualifying leads, understanding customer requirements, providing product consultation, nurturing relationships with global clients, and driving conversions across key markets including the USA, Europe, UK,Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
- Product portfolio includes Stellar B2B solutions such as Database Repair, Email Migration, and Data Recovery solutions.
- Analyze incoming leads on a daily basis based on geography, business type (MSP/Non-MSP), product requirements, and technical specifications.
- Primary market focus: USA. Secondary regions include Europe, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East.
- Connect with clients according to their respective time zones to establish regular touchpoints and
nurture long-term relationships.
- Manage the complete customer journey, including initial outreach, product inquiries, technical
consultations, assistance, follow-ups, and conversion.
- Maintain strong, professional, and cordial relationships with clients throughout the engagement lifecycle
Desired Experience
- 3–5+ years in SaaS/solution sales with global exposure
