Job Description
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our brand communication across multiple channels. This role involves managing social media, newsletters, email campaigns, onboarding journeys, and maintaining a consistent and compelling brand voice across all customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate should also be capable of crafting and managing press releases to amplify our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management (must have)
- Develop and manage the content calendar for all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube etc.)
- Write engaging posts, create campaigns, and grow follower base organically
- Monitor trends and stay updated with platform algorithm changes
- Work with designers for graphics and creatives
- Email & Newsletter Campaigns (must have)
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for product updates, promotions, and announcements
- Write and optimize content for monthly newsletters
- Manage subscriber segments and performance tracking (open rates, CTR, conversions)
- Customer Onboarding & Communication (must have)
- Develop onboarding email sequences and welcome kits for new customers
- Ensure timely and personalized communication at each stage of the customer lifecycle
- Work with product and customer success teams to streamline onboarding experience

Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Core Competencies
- Strong understanding of content marketing, social media platforms, and email automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho Campaign etc.)
- Good writing and editing skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with teams
- Strong project management and organizational skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with B2B SaaS marketing or tech Software/Products/IT Services
- Knowledge of SEO and basic HTML for email formatting
- Hands-on design experience or ability to brief creative teams effectively
