Job Description
Stellar is looking for a skilled IT/ITES Technical Support professional with 3–5 years of L1/L2 experience to provide exceptional technical, product, and application support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, hands-on expertise in Windows system administration and networking,and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service to global clients. Candidates with relevant certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, or Windows Administration will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 technical, product, and application support to global customers (European/American
regions).
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, devices, applications, and networking.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with strong communication, active listening, and problemsolving skills.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely resolution with complete ownership.
- Apply critical thinking to address technical problems promptly.
Desired Experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Technical Support, Product Support, or Application Support
at the L1/L2 level.
- Prior experience communicating with international customers (Europe/US) preferred.
Key Skills
- Strong communication and active listening skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly;
- Excellent English verbal and written skills are mandatory.
- Proven customer service and stakeholder management abilities, supporting both internal and
external users
Qualification
- Graduate in Computer Science/IT: BE, BTech, BSc-IT, MCA, or equivalent (CS/IT graduates only).
- Preferred certifications: Windows System Administration, CCNA, ITIL.
