- Go to windows Start
- Type cmd in the search box to open Command Prompt.
- Type chkdsk e: /f (usually SD card drive letter) and press Enter.
Check now if you can access the OSMO pocket camera photos and videos stored in the SD card.

Method 3: Perform Re-Installation of Drivers
If the system is not able to detect the SD card, one or more of your disk drives may be outdated. Try to reinstall the drive(s) by following these steps:
- Go to This PC and right click on it.
- Check Manage > Device Manager > and double click Disk Drives.
- Go to removable drive and click Uninstall.
- Disconnect the SD Card, restart your system and then re-connect it.
The system should be able to detect it now.

There is also an application available, named DJI Go App, which you can try. Some people have used it to review and recover their photos and videos. However, the results are not very satisfactory, as it performs recovery from cached files. The media files may have glitches or bad resolution.
