4.1.4. Content Reports

Content Reports provides reports consisting of mailbox contents and folder. These reports provide information regarding mailbox folders, messages and attachments.

The reports included in this category are:

1. Folder Message Count and Size

This reports lists all the folders in a mailbox with folder name, folder path, number of messages and folder size.

To view Folder Message Count and Size report:

From the Navigation Pane, click on Report -> Mailbox.
Under Content Reports, click on Folder Message Count and Size
If you wish to change the Server, click on Select Server and choose the server name from the drop down list.

2. Messages by Subject Keyword

This report lists all the messages which have a specific keyword included in their subject either fully or partially. The report displays the mailbox, folder name, message received date, message subject, subject keyword, message size, message originator and message recipient.

To view Messages by Subject Keyword report:

From the Navigation Pane, click on Report -> Mailbox.
Under Content Reports, click on Messages by Subject Keyword.
If you wish to change the Server, click on Select Server and choose the server name from the drop down list.

3. Messages by Body Keyword

This report lists all the messages which have a specific keyword included in their message body either fully or partially. The report displays the mailbox, folder name, message received date, message subject, body keyword, message size, message originator and message recipient.

To view Messages by Body Keyword report:

From the Navigation Pane, click on Report -> Mailbox.
Under Content Reports, click on Messages by Body Keyword.
If you wish to change the Server, click on Select Server and choose the server name from the drop down list.

4. Attachments by File Name

This report lists all the messages which have a specific keyword included in their attachment file name either fully or partially. The report displays the mailbox, folder name, message received date, attachment name, attachment keyword, attachment size and message subject.

To view Attachments by File Name report:

From the Navigation Pane, click on Report -> Mailbox.
Under Content Reports, click on Attachments by File Name.
If you wish to change the Server, click on Select Server and choose the server name from the drop down list.

5. Attachments by File Extension

This report lists all the messages which have a specific keyword included in their attachment file extension. The report displays the mailbox, folder name, message received date, attachment name, attachment extension, attachment size, file extension keyword and message subject.

To view Attachments by File Extension report:

From the Navigation Pane, click on Report -> Mailbox.
Under Content Reports, click on Attachments by File Extension
If you wish to change the Server, click on Select Server and choose the server name from the drop down list.

6. Attachment by File Size

This reports lists all the reports which have attachments fulfilling a specific size criteria. The report displays mailbox, folder name, message received date, attachment name, attachment size and message subject.

To view Attachments by File Size report:

From the Navigation Pane, click on Report -> Mailbox.
Under Content Reports, click on Attachments by File Size.
If you wish to change the Server, click on Select Server and choose the server name from the drop down list.
