4.2.2. OWA Department Reports

OWA Department Reports provide information regarding the logon information of various users from different departments within the same exchange.

Various reports included under this category are:

• Login Count Per Department
• Department-wise User Login Count
• Department-wise User Login Specifics

 

1. Login Count Per Department

This report shows the log on count of various departments in the exchange during a given time period.

To view Login by Users report:

• From the Navigation Pane, click on Report ->  OWA & ActiveSync.

• Under OWA Department Reports, click on Login Count Per Department.

• Under Filter,

  • In the Period field, select the time period from the drop down options.

  •  In the Department field, choose Department from the drop down options and click Go

• If you wish to change the Server, click on Select Server and choose the server name from the drop down list.

 

2. Department-wise User Login Count

This report shows the log on count of various mailboxes from the selected department in the exchange during a given time period.

To view Login by Users report:

• From the Navigation Pane, click on Report ->  OWA & ActiveSync.

• Under OWA Department Reports, click on Department-wise User Login Count.

• Under Filter,

  • In the Period field, select the time period from the drop down options.

  •  In the Department field, choose Department from the drop down options and click Go

• If you wish to change the Server, click on Select Server and choose the server name from the drop down list.

 

3. Department-wise User Login Specifics

This report shows the log on count of various mailboxes from the selected department in the exchange during a given time period.

To view Login by Users report:

• From the Navigation Pane, click on Report ->  OWA & ActiveSync.

• Under OWA Department Reports, click on Department-wise User Login Specifies.

• Under Filter,

  • In the Period field, select the time period from the drop down options.

  • In the Department field, choose Department from the drop down options and click Go

• If you wish to change the Server, click on Select Server and choose the server name from the drop down list.
