Copy all the folders containing MBOX files and transfer them to the Windows PC where Outlook is installed.

Launch Apple Mail (Mail) from the Dock on your Mac system.

Select all the folders that you want to export to Outlook. Then, click on Mailbox > Export Mailbox.

Step 3: Import PST File into MS Outlook
