Step 1: This is the home screen of Stellar Repair for Exchange software. Click Browse to select EDB file or click the 'Find' button if you don't know the location of the EDB file. Also, change the 'Temp Path' if the database size is large.

Step 2: Software will automatically find and show all the EDB files stored in the selected volume, folder, or sub-folder.

Step 3: 'Quick Scan' option is the fast mode to scan and repair corrupt EDB file, and 'Extensive Scan' is for a comprehensive scan of severely corrupt EDB file for better results.

Step 4: After scanning, the recoverable mailboxes from the scanned EDB file will be listed on the left pane. You can preview and select all or specific mailbox items that you wish to recover.

Step 5: Select the' Export to Live Exchange' option from the Save As options and click 'Next' to export recovered mailboxes to the Live Exchange server.

Step 6: Select the Outlook profile with Administrator privileges, enter the password, and provide details of 'Domain Controller' where AD is installed. Then click ‘Next’ to export recovered mailboxes to the destination server.

Step 7: In the Map Mailboxes window, the software automatically maps users' mailboxes on the destination Exchange provides option to manually map mailboxes, Create Mailbox, or Apply Filters before export.

Step 8: In the 'Save' dialog box, you can view and manage the queued mailboxes. You can click on the Remove button besides pending mailboxes to stop them from repairing or click on 'Stop All' to terminate the recovery process

Step 9: A Process Complete dialog box displays export summary. Click ‘OK’ to close. It also provides an option to resume saving mailboxes, if pending mailboxes were removed during export.

Step 10: Select the Export to Microsoft 365 option from the Save options and click 'Next' to export recovered mailboxes to Microsoft 365 accounts.

Step 11: Select the Outlook Profile with Administrator privileges. Then click 'OK' to export the recovered mailbox folders or complete the EDB file to Microsoft 365 mailboxes.

Step 12: In the Map Mailboxes window, the software automatically maps users' mailboxes on the Microsoft 365 server and provides option to manually map mailboxes and Apply Filters before export.

Step 13: In the 'Save' dialog box, you can view and manage the queued mailboxes. You can click on the Remove button besides pending mailboxes to stop them from repairing or click on 'Stop All' to terminate the recovery process

Step 14: A Process Complete dialog box with summary of saved mailboxes appears. It asks if you want to resume saving mailboxes that were removed. Otherwise, you see the 'OK' button with a summary of exported mailboxes

Step 15: Click 'Save' from the Home menu to save the recovered mailboxes in the supported formats. We're selecting PST to save the recovered mailboxes.

Step 16: Next, 'Browse' the location where you want to store the recovered file & Click 'OK.'

Step 17: In 'Save Mailboxes' window, you can set or change the priority of mailboxes to repair critical or required mailboxes first. By default, the mailboxes are listed in alphabetical order. It also provides a search option to find mail

Step 18: A Save window with 6 columns is displayed. Here you can remove a mailbox in pending status from the list using the 'Remove' Action button or stop the entire mailbox saving process by clicking on Stop All button.

Step 19: A Process Complete dialog box appears with a summary of saved mailboxes. If a mailbox was removed, it displays a 'Resume.' Otherwise, you can click 'OK' to complete the saving process.

Step 20: Select Export to Public Folder from the Save options and click 'Next' to export recovered mailboxes to Public Folder of destination Exchange server

Step 21: Choose the configured Outlook profile with Administrator privileges, it will automatically detect the profiles and you can choose from drop down list. Then click 'OK' to start exporting Public Folders to the destination Exchange server.

Step 22: After the process completes, click 'OK' to close the dialog box.

Step 1: Select Hosted Exchange to export mailboxes from an online EDB file. Select Connect to Single Mailbox or Connect to Single Mailbox from Connection Options

Step 2: Enter Admin and Server Name (for Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003, 2007) or tick "Exchange Server 2010 and higher" checkbox to enter Admin Email, Server Name and Password (for MS Exchange 2010, 2013, 2016, and 2019). Click OK.

Step 3: After establishing the connection with Exchange Server, Next window displays list of connected and disconnected mailboxes. Click "OK" to proceed.
