Step 1: Launch Stellar Repair for Outlook and click ‘Browse’ to select the Outlook data file (OST/PST) for repair. Use the ‘Find’ option to search and select the OST or PST file for repair.

Step 2: Click ‘Profile List> List Profile’ to auto-scan and list all Outlook data files associated with your Outlook profiles on the system. Select the Outlook profile (or file) from the list and click ‘Repair’.

Step 3: The software simultaneously scans and repairs the Outlook data file. After the repair, a ‘Repair Complete’ message box appears. Click ‘OK’.

Step 4: An enhanced preview of recoverable OST or PST file items is displayed to verify the mail items before saving. Select the mail items to recover and click ‘Save Repaired File’ under the ‘Home’ menu.

Step 5: From the ‘Save As’ dialog box, choose ‘Save As PST’ or any other option, such as Export to Existing Outlook Profile, Export to Office 365, Export to Live Exchange Server, or Other Formats—as per your need and click ‘Next’.

Step 6: Choose ‘Save PST Normally’, ‘Compact and Save PST’ or ‘Split and Save PST’ option and click ‘Next’ to save all mail items in single PST, compress resultant PST file or split large PST into smaller PST files respectively.

Step 7: Click ‘Browse’ to select a location for saving the recovered mail items from repaired PST to a new PST file. Use the ‘Apply Advance Filter’ option to filter out Junk/Deleted Items or emails based on address or data range. Click ‘O

Step 8: The PST file is saved at the selected location. Click the ‘How to Import PST File’ link to import it into your Outlook profile.
