  • Why do I need the option 'Extensive Scan', if I can use 'Quick Scan' for EDB recovery?
    Answer:

The 'Quick Scan' mode of the software is very fast in repairing the corrupt EDB file and recovering the mailboxes. But, if you do not get the desired result through the 'Quick Scan' mode, then you can always opt for a thorough scan through the 'Extensive Scan' mode. The 'Extensive Scan' mode takes relatively longer scanning time, but it is much powerful than 'Quick Scan' and ensures successful recovery, even if the EDB file is severely corrupt.

  • I have recovered my emails, but I am not able to see my contacts. How can I find them?
    Answer:

If you are unable to see your contacts, even after performing the Exchange recovery operation, using Stellar Mailbox Exchange Recovery, below steps will help you out:

    Open your MS Outlook application.

Select the recovered PST file from the destination location.

Select the 'Start' button to start Exchange repair.
