A Personal Storage Table (PST) file, also known as personal folder file, is created in Microsoft Outlook to store email messages, contacts, tasks, calendar items, and other data. Repair PST using ScanPST and then import it into Microsoft 365

You can try to repair the corrupt PST file using the Inbox Repair Tool (Scanpst.exe). It is used to scan and fix errors in the PST file. This tool is included with Microsoft Outlook.

To repair PST file using ScanPST, follow these steps:

Close Outlook (if it is open).

When found, open ScanPST.exe.
