Try the following fixes, if Stellar Data Recovery for Android software fails to recognize your Android smartphone:

  • Make sure your Android phone is unlocked when connecting to the computer.
  • Use a different USB cable and USB port to connect your phone.
  • Make sure that you have enabled the “Developer Options” on your Android smartphone.
  • Check the “USB Connection Mode” of your phone.
  • Turn on “USB Debugging” from settings on your phone.
  • Enable Airplane Mode on the Android phone, turn it off after a while, and then try establishing a connection between the phone and the PC.
  • Restart your Android phone and Windows PC.
