Use Stellar Converter for NSF to export NSF file directly to an existing Outlook profile, by following these steps:

Step 1: Download and launch Stellar Converter for NSF Technician software

Step 2: Click Browse or Find to select the NSF file you want to convert

Step 3: Once you have selected the NSF file for conversion, Click Convert

Step 4: After completion of the conversion process, a preview of the converted file gets displayed in a three-pane window.

Step 5: Select any desired mailbox folder or complete NSF file for conversion

Step 6: Click 'Save Converted File' option from the Home menu

Step 7: In the 'Save As' dialog box, select 'Outlook Profile', and then click Next.

Step 8: In the 'Select Outlook Profile' dialog box, under the 'Append to Existing MS Outlook Profile' section, select the profile to which you want to append the converted files.

NOTE: Use the ‘Apply Filter’ option to modify search results

Step 9: Click OK

Step 10: Enter the password of the selected Outlook Profile or leave the password field blank if the Profile is not password protected. Click OK.

Step 11: The converted file will be saved to the selected Outlook profile.
