I've successfully recovered the lost volume, however partition name is different. Why?

Stellar Phoenix Windows Data Recovery does a good job of searching lost volumes on your hard drive, i.e. the volumes that earlier existed on the drive, but have been lost due to formatting or repartitioning. However, it does not recover these volumes with their exact original names because deep scanning will give random names to the found partitions. You will find some volumes in the list being renamed as 'Std Vol 1', 'Std Vol 2' or similar. You can recover lost data from these volumes using the software, and then rename them back to their original names or any other desired name.
