Stellar Outlook Duplicate Remover has been designed with many useful comparison criteria to find out the duplicate mail items exactly. With the specified comparison criterion, the software compares mails in the selected mailbox and lists the duplicate emails accurately. The comparison criteria available in the software include - 'Text', 'Subject', 'Sender Mail', 'Sender Name', 'Recipient Name', 'Internet Header', 'Attachment Files' and 'Date and Time of Sending'.

Comparison criteria available in the software:

  • Text: This is one of the default comparison criteria of the software. Two mails are decided as duplicate, if their body contents are same.
  • Subject: This is another default comparison criterion of the software. Two mails are decided as duplicate, if their subjects are the same.
  • Sender Email: This is also a default comparison criterion of the software. Two mails are decided as duplicate, if they are sent from the same Email ID.
  • Sender Name: Two mails are decided as duplicate, if the sender names in both the mails are same.
  • Receiver Name: Two mails are decided as duplicate, if the receiver names in both the mails are same.
  • Internet Header: Two mails are decided as duplicate, if the Internet headers in both the mails are same.
  • Attachment Files: Two mails are decided as duplicate, if the attachments in both the mails are of same (same name and size).
  • Date and Time of Sending: Two mails are decided as duplicate, if the date and time of sending the mails are exactly same.
  • The software provides a really useful option to personalize the action on the duplicate emails, which are found based on the comparison criteria. Once you have selected the 'Action', the software automatically executes the action on the duplicate copies of the emails.

Personalized actions, included in the software:

   1)  Delete (move to Deleted Items folder)
   2)  Mark as Expired
   3)  Copy to folder
   4)  Move to folder
   5)  Mark with the Flag
