Kindly reinstall MS Access and keep only one version of MS Access on your machine.

Hello Pete,

Have uninstalled and reinstalled Access 2013? If not then uninstall it from the control panel and reinstall it.

We recommend you to use our software in an another machine and then try to use our application.

I'm facing the same problem on Access 2016 installed on two different machines (Windows 8.1 and 10) but no effect.

Do you have any further suggestions?
